Our packaging is resistant to heat treatments performed at 90-95°C, such as pasterization and sterilization, which are necessary to protect the product from microorganisms that cause spoilage in food products.

Another advantage of Öncü Packaging is that it has the feature of hermetic closure, which is one of the most important points in making heat-treated foods long-lasting, that is, cutting off all relations between the inside of the container and the external environment.
One of our differences is that we produce durable and flexible packaging with Pioneer quality, which does not break even when the package is full, against hard impacts and falls.
Öncü Ambalaj produces jars suitable for hot filling, ensuring that tomato paste, jam, olives and other canned products are filled and stored in accordance with the food codex. With the features and quality of our packaging, it is more advantageous than glass or tin packaging per freight.
Thanks to the production technique, design and especially the base design of our packaging, we can fill and pasteurize foods such as tomato paste, jam, olives and pickles up to 95 ° C. With the advantage of having a mouth diameter of 110 mm, crystallization (the hardening process at the throat of our packaging) can be performed. Thanks to the base structure that allows vacuuming, other processes applied to glass packaging can be applied to our packaging.
In current applications, pet packages filled with foods such as tomato paste, jam, olives and pickles are max. It can withstand up to 60°C-65°C. Its base does not hold vacuum like our packaging in the pioneer production.
One of the innovations in our packaging production is the ability to hot fill (max 95°C) the plastic jar produced from pet raw material. In this way, pasteurization can be applied to foods. Another difference is that it can create vacuum with its special base structure as a result of these processes.
